What are
the threads
that shape your life?
Tramaé comes from the French word trame, the threads that are woven together to form a fabric.
We are not coming from nowhere. Each of us carries a "trame", a fabric, a story: the threads of our education, our experiences, the people we met, the choices we have made along the way. This is also at the heart of how adults learn: we build on what we already know, on what we have already lived.
But that does not mean we are fixed. At any moment, we have the opportunity to change the fabric: to cut certain threads, to add new ones, to enrich the texture of our lives. We can choose which threads truly represent who we are and who we want to become. The fabric is ours. It is up to us to give it the colours and texture we choose.

L&D Strategist • Trainer • Coach
Before becoming a coach, trainer, and learning strategist, I spent the first half of my career in human resources — in international corporate environments — working across recruitment, talent development, and organisational frameworks. I know what it means to sit on the other side of the table: assessing candidates, building competency frameworks, shaping career paths from the inside.
I spent the next fourteen years in learning and development at Novartis, where I managed the full learning cycle — from identifying skill gaps and defining learning strategies to designing, delivering, and measuring the impact of programmes. I designed and facilitated leadership, management, and soft skills programmes in multicultural corporate environments.
Over the years, I have delivered more than 2,000 hours of training on topics ranging from emotional intelligence and delegation to conflict management, public speaking, and coaching skills for managers.
Today, through Tramaé, I bring all of this together — training, coaching, team coaching, and learning design — to help individuals and teams grow and adapt in a complex and changing world
